Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, you and your therapist can work closely to address various challenges, such as managing stress, overcoming anxiety or depression, improving self-esteem, coping with trauma, navigating life transitions, enhancing overall well-being, and anything else that feels relevant or important. This is your individual space to meet with your therapist one-on-one to work on goals tailored to meet your needs. Your therapist will work to provide empathy and validation in order to create an environment that feels warm and inviting, while also challenging and encouraging you to work towards your goals and continue growing. Your individual sessions are a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. However, if at any time you would like to have a partner, family member, or friend join some of your sessions, that is completely up to you, and can be helpful for various goals. You may request to meet with your therapist on a weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) basis, depending on your preference. Once your session frequency has been determined, your session day/time will be reserved for you moving forward.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a supportive and structured environment where couples can work on improving their relationship dynamics and enhancing their connection. Couples can explore their communication patterns, unresolved conflicts, and underlying emotional struggles that may be feeling uncomfortable. Your therapist will work to help you develop effective tools for resolving conflicts, fostering empathy and understanding, and rebuilding trust, as a couple. Relationships can be tricky to navigate, as each partner has a different background and experiences that can have an impact on the relationship, and how each person works to connect. Your therapist will work with you to communicate your needs with one another, and better understand each other’s needs and how they arise. Couples therapy aims to provide a safe space for couples to heal, grow, and create a solid foundation and bond that allows for a thriving and fulfilling relationship. You may request to meet with your therapist on a weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) basis, depending on your preference.
